Kitchen

We want our guests to experience authentic local food. In the kitchen, renovated with the house’s original charm, we celebrate the flavors of the Azores. We prepare meals with local and seasonal ingredients, respecting traditions and the rhythm of nature. A genuine and healthy experience.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the Casa Branca dining room every day between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. You can expect fresh fruit juices, national coffee, the renowned Azorean dairy products, and a variety of ingredients that enrich the first meal of the day.

Dinner

The menus are inspired by traditional Azorean cuisine. Due to our proximity to the sea, the fish will be fresh. Vegetables and fruits will be local and seasonal. The dishes served vary according to the time of year in order to serve the freshest and tastiest food.

The dining room, next to the kitchen, is a cozy space to enjoy your gastronomic experience, but you may prefer to take your dish or drink outside and sit on the Miradouro Porch, facing the sea.
